Sign in to the Connectivity Management platform

When your Account Manager sets up your user account, the system sends you an email with instructions on how to set your password. Be sure to set your password before you try to sign in.

1. Open a web-browser and go to the Connectivity Management URL (

Result: The platform displays the sign-in page.

2. Enter your Username. This is typically your email address.

3. Select the Next button.

4. Enter your Password, and then select the Sign in button.

Result: The platform displays the home page.
