Reset your password

1. On the sign-in page, select the Forgotten your password? link.

2. Enter your username and email address, and then select the Reset button.

Result: The system sends you an email with a link to reset your password.

3. Follow the email link to enter and reset your new password.

Result: After you completed the steps for resetting your password, you can sign in with your new password.

Note: Until you reset your password, you can still sign in with your old one.
