About the billing page

The Billing feature enables you to see and manage billable events (such as activations), see rate plan details, and view or download invoices.

View rate plan information

Go to the Billing > Rate plans page to see an overview of the rate plans that are available to your company. The following table describes the information on this page in more detail.

Column heading Description
Operator The network operator the rate plan applies to.
Name The name of the rate plan.
Contract length The rate plan's contract length from the point of activation. For example, a contract length of 12 months means subscribers on the rate plan are under contract for 12 months from the point at which you activate them.
Subscriber charge

A recurring subscription fee applied to each subscriber on the rate plan. On a tiered rate plan this fee may vary by tier.

Billing duration The frequency at which subscribers on the rate plan are billed. For example, a billing duration of one month means subscribers on the rate plan are billed once a month.

Tip: You can view detailed rate plan information by selecting a rate plan from the table.

Note: You can sort the list by selecting a column heading.

View or download invoice information

The Billing > Invoices page displays detailed information about the current and previous invoices. You can see the static and call charge (usage) totals for your company or for a specific subscriber. You can also download the following invoice types:

  • Invoice—This PDF file is a front-page invoice that provides an overview of the total amount due, as well as the credit and payment terms.
  • Invoice Summary—This PDF file summarizes the charges on your invoice, by subscriber.
  • Itemized Breakdown—This zip file contains the billing records for each subscriber on your account.

Note: Invoices are stored for the lifetime of the account and retained for a minimum of six years after the account is closed.
